These terms apply to products and services provided by ELVYNO, The Netherlands (KvK: 42153611, info@elvyno.nl). When you buy through a marketplace such as Amazon, that marketplace's conditions also apply to your order.

Products and prices

We describe our products with care. Please check compatibility before ordering a replacement part, or ask us if you are unsure. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Returns and warranty

Consumers in the EU can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt, and statutory conformity rights apply. If a product is defective, contact us at info@elvyno.nl and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law provides.

Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage, up to the value of the product concerned, except where the law does not allow limitation or in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Privacy and governing law

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Dutch law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
